Duties

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee employee orientation, training & development to foster a knowledgeable and engaged workforce.
• Manage inventory control, purchasing, pricing, and merchandising to optimize product presentation and stock levels.
• Supervise daily operations including cashiering, POS transactions, cash handling, and payroll processing.
• Conduct interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding of new staff to build a strong team.
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional strategies to boost store visibility and sales.
• Monitor store performance through retail math, sales management metrics, and budgeting to ensure profitability.
• Maintain organized records of bookkeeping, sales reports, inventory logs, and shift documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, phone etiquette, and organizational procedures.

Experience

• Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervising responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success in sales management, customer service excellence, and team leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory management, bookkeeping, and payroll administration.
• Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases.
• Experience with POS systems, retail math calculations, cash handling procedures, and retail management software.
• Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience is preferred; familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with time management expertise to handle shift management efficiently. Pay: From $18.00 per hour
