Taurus Protection Inc. is actively hiring motivated and professional Armed Security Officers for part-time and full-time positions in Santa Barbara County. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their guests.

Position Overview:
The Armed Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and protection of the client, property, and guests while on duty. A strong understanding of security protocols, situational awareness, and professional communication is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Protect clients, visitors, and property from threats or unauthorized activity
• Monitor premises and conduct regular security patrols
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly and effectively
• Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company protocols
• Engage with clients and the public in a respectful and customer-service-oriented manner

Requirements:

• Valid California BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit
• Valid California Guard Card
• Reliable transportation
• Strong understanding of security procedures and protocols
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be at least 21 years old

Pay: $ 25:00 - $27.00 Per Hour.
