We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses who are dedicated to resident-centered care, clinical excellence, and teamwork. Whether you're an experienced LPN or newly licensed, we welcome you to grow your career with us.

What You'll Do
As an LPN at El Castillo, you'll play a key role in delivering compassionate, professional nursing care to our residents across a range of care levels. Responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
• Monitoring residents' health and responding to changes in condition
• Collaborating with RNs, CNAs, providers, and families to ensure comprehensive care
• Providing leadership and supervision to CNAs and assisting with delegation and care coordination
• Documenting care accurately and in accordance with state and federal regulations

What You Bring

• Current LPN license in good standing with the New Mexico Board of Nursing
• CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
• Commitment to resident safety, dignity, and well-being
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative care environment
• 3- 5 years experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care, memory care, or geriatric nursing
• Familiarity with MatrixCare health records (EHR)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
