What you´ll do
  • The Human Resources Manager partners with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • This role provides strategic and hands-on HR support across talent management, employee relations, organizational design, and change initiatives ensuring that local HR practices and initiatives are aligned to the global/regional HR strategy.
  • As a culture guardian, demonstrate clear responsibility for shaping culture, for guarding leadership behaviour, and for being the voice of employees & building trust.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, performance management, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment legislation.
  • Support talent initiatives including succession planning, development, and organizational design.
  • Lead and support change management and culture initiatives.
  • Drive engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive and psychologically safe workplace culture. 
  • Strategically partner with various stakeholders and employees in providing day-to-day HR guidance while collaborating with the HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners and client groups.
  • Ensure compliance with legislated requirements and timely governmental reporting.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the workforce.
What makes you a good fit
  • Post-Secondary education in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. 
  • Professional HR designation (i.e., CHRP/CHRL) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Must be willing to travel.

The salary for this role is $90,000- $115,
