We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private residences, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper floor care techniques such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guest needs
• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order and report any issues promptly
• Follow safety protocols related to industrial cleaning and janitorial procedures
• Adhere to established standards of hospitality and custodial practices to deliver exceptional guest experiences or resident satisfaction
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed in various settings

Experience

• Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred, including hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments
• Knowledge of floor care techniques such as polishing, buffing, and carpet extraction is a plus
• Experience with industrial cleaning or custodial management can be advantageous
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality standards ensures a high level of service quality
• Previous roles involving housecleaning management demonstrate leadership skills in overseeing cleaning operations
