Boomtown Woodfire, the Range's premier restaurant and bar, is on the look-out for experienced servers and bartenders to accommodate our busy Summer season. Server Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome patrons and customers as they arrive

• Direct and escort guests to their seats

• Provide menus and suggest menu items

• Provide detailed information of menu items

• Suggest daily specials

• Serve welcome drinks and take orders

• Repeat orders to ensure accuracy

• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure that all orders are delivered on time

• Ensure the accuracy and quantity of every order

• Serve food as it arrives and refill glasses

• Prepare tables by laying table cloth and dishes

• Offer desserts and drinks to patrons

• Clean tables and dining areas including counters

• Deliver food items to tables in a professional and timely manner

• Ensure that food presentation is up to the mark

• Maintain appropriate stock levels

• Provide customers with checks and take payments

• Attempt to up-sell food and beverage items

• Thank customers as they leave

• Clear tables and clean table tops

• Replace table cloths and clear dishes

• Ensure fresh dishes are set on all tables for next customers

• Stay busy during slow periods to maintain high levels of restaurant cleanliness

Bartender Duties and Responsibilities

•Be gracious, friendly, patient and helpful attitude towards guests

•Have the ability to multi-task and work in a very busy environment

•Working knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations

•Knowledge of service standards, including wine, beer and crafted cocktails

•Ability to maintain inventory and bar supplies

•Address guest food and drink needs in a quick and efficient manner

• Assist servers, kitchen staff and management with various tasks when needed

• Ability to stay busy during slow periods to maintain high levels of restaurant cleanliness

• A safety-first mindset is required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
