Frontend Developer

As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for building responsive, scalable, and user-centric web experiences across modern platforms. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside UI/UX designers, backend engineers, product managers, and key stakeholders to bring design concepts to life through high-quality, maintainable code. Operating with an iterative and detail-oriented mindset, you will ensure seamless integration between design and functionality while optimizing performance and adhering to best practices.

You will play a key role in the full development lifecycle—scoping, designing, building, testing, and deploying web solutions—with a strong focus on delivering measurable value, enhancing user engagement, and enabling efficient lead capture and integrations across systems such as Salesforce and marketing tools.

• Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Ability to set up lead captures from the web and integrate with Salesforce.

• Proven work experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Webflow with deep understanding of Webflow Designer, CMS, Interactions, and responsive layouts.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Chilipiper, FormTitan
• Experience with a modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, ).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to translate design files into fully functional Webflow sites.(Figma)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with SEO best practices and Google Analytics
