We are looking for a skilled, experienced, and detail-oriented remodeling professional to join our team and help bring our clients' visions to life.

Position Overview

As a Lead Carpenter / Remodeling Professional, you will play a critical role in the hands-on execution of remodeling projects. You'll work directly on-site, managing tasks ranging from demolition to finish work, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform demolition and site preparation safely and efficiently
  • Execute rough and finish carpentry, including framing, cabinetry, and trim work
  • Install and repair drywall (hang, tape, mud, finish to paint-ready condition)
  • Conduct basic plumbing and electrical work to residential code standards
  • Lay tile for floors, walls, and backsplashes with precision and clean finishes
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Complete detailed punch list items to close out projects
  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism throughout every phase of the job

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling
  • Proficiency in:
  • Demolition
  • Framing
  • Plumbing (rough & finish)
  • Electrical (rough & finish)
  • Drywall (install, tape, mud)
  • Trim carpentry
  • Tile setting
  • Final punch list work
  • Strong understanding of residential building codes and safety regulations
  • Ability to work independently and lead small crews when needed
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Own tools required for the trade (specialty tools provided as needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
