Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed physician
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and other treatments as needed
• Conduct vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Report patient status and concerns to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medical information

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of New Mexico
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting
