Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures in water, gas, and drainage systems according to specifications and building codes.
• Read, understand, and utilize specifications, submittals, and blueprints.
• Participate in permit inspections when necessary.
• Troubleshoot service issues.
• Make decisions on all normal & complex repairs and reports major problems to/consults with management as appropriate.
• Make decisions on site without disruption to clients and job quality.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience and a minimum of 5 years of Residential and Commercial Installation experience
• Journeyman Plumber's license or working towards Journeyman status, preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrated knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
• OSHA 10 or the ability to complete the course
• Safety minded and the ability to wear proper PPE at all times
• Passion and drive to explain, present, and honestly provide options to customers
• Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment
• Solid knowledge of all aspects of plumbing repair including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
• The physical ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, crouch, crawl, squat, kneel, grasp, manipulate hand and power tools
• Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
