Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from various warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Carefully pack items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify the contents of each order against the pick list or system data.
- Utilize RF scanners and other warehouse technology to track inventory movement.
- Label packages correctly and stage them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Ensure timely processing of orders to meet delivery commitments.
- Understand the impact of your role on overall warehouse logistics.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is preferred. Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Familiarity with warehouse automation and scanning equipment is a plus. Dedication to workplace Safety. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
