We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of essential functions within our logistics operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is vital to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, possess good physical stamina for consistent lifting (up to 50 lbs), and demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks. We prioritize safety above all else; therefore, strict adherence to safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. - Loading and unloading materials from trucks and containers.
- Storing incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Picking items accurately based on order specifications.
- Packing and preparing orders for shipment.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through proper handling and recording.
- Operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assisting with inventory counts and checks.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational goals.
