We are seeking dedicated and efficient Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets, carefully packing items into appropriate shipping containers, and preparing packages for shipment. Attention to detail is paramount, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations. This position requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The ability to perform manual tasks, including consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds, will be essential for success in this role. We value teamwork and encourage a positive work atmosphere. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order documentation.
- Safely operate pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Ensure all packages are sealed securely and labeled correctly.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts.
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
