This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be an integral part of our logistics network, contributing to the efficient flow of goods from our warehouse to our valued customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and adhering to strict safety protocols. Your responsibilities will include receiving inventory, stocking shelves, processing orders using handheld scanners, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are paramount in this position. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures.
- Utilize handheld scanners for inventory management.
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
