We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. As a key member of our logistics team, your efficiency and accuracy will directly contribute to our ability to serve our customers effectively. We are committed to providing a safe work environment, offering comprehensive training on safe work practices, equipment operation, and the essential use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Organize and stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Understand and execute tasks related to the flow of goods within our Logistics operations.
- Perform tasks requiring consistent Lifting of materials.
- Ensure correct usage of PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong desire to succeed.
- Basic understanding of Logistics and inventory management is helpful.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
