We are seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Worker to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient management of our inventory and fulfillment processes. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, stocking shelves, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Your role is vital to our Logistics chain, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. We prioritize employee Safety by providing all necessary PPE and offering training on correct Lifting techniques. This position offers a competitive wage and the chance to be part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Sort and store goods in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick items according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring accuracy.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, following all Logistics guidelines.
- Properly utilize all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting and standing.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to following all Safety procedures.
