We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will be an integral part of our daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking incoming inventory. We pride ourselves on a safe and organized work environment, and adherence to all safety protocols is paramount. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming merchandise.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with shipping preparations, including labeling and staging orders.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safety.
- Comply with all OSHA regulations and company-specific safety training, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Ability to perform strenuous physical activity, including frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus. We are committed to providing a safe workplace, and all employees are expected to prioritize safety at all times.
