This position involves considerable physical activity, including frequent lifting and moving of items. Comprehensive training on proper lifting techniques and safe equipment operation will be provided. You will play a vital role in inventory management, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and located. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Pack items carefully and securely into shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of new inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through diligent order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Capacity for frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse or fulfillment center operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
