Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in Nashville, Tennessee! In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from our warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. Your precision and efficiency are vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Key responsibilities include reading pick lists, using scanning equipment, inspecting products, and packaging them securely. Prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment setting is a plus. You will be an integral part of our logistics network, contributing directly to customer satisfaction.   • Accurately locate and pick specified items from warehouse inventory using pick lists or scanners.
  • Inspect picked items for accuracy and quality.
  • Package products safely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during transit.
  • Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to packages.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and surrounding area.
  • Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation as needed.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks to move materials.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues with orders or inventory to supervisors promptly.
  • Support overall warehouse operations and logistics flow as needed.
This role involves regular lifting and requires individuals to be physically capable of performing demanding tasks. Safety is our top priority in all logistics activities.
