Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform regular lifting and moving of packages, which can weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency through proactive problem-solving.
- Work effectively with a team to achieve daily operational targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
