Chiropractic Assistant

Texas Clinic of Chiropractic is growing, and we're looking for a bubbly, dedicated, and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team In this role, you'll provide vital support in both patient care and administrative operations within our fast-paced, patient-centered practice. You'll help create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience & Clinical Support

• Greet every patient warmly and guide them through the intake process, ensuring all forms are completed accurately.
• Conduct patient assessments, gathering relevant medical history and current health concerns to support the chiropractor's evaluation.
• Provide clear explanations to patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and expectations to promote understanding and comfort.
• Assist the chiropractor during treatments by preparing patients and offering necessary support throughout procedures.
• Perform prescribed therapies with professionalism, care, and compassion.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized treatment area and therapy stations at all times.

Administrative & Scheduling

• Manage appointments, follow-ups, confirmations, and reminders to ensure a smooth patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient records using appropriate medical terminology while following confidentiality and compliance standards.
• Assist with daily office tasks and ensure the front desk runs efficiently.

Marketing Support

• Assist in marketing initiatives to help maintain a strong flow of new patients into the clinic.
• Support outreach, social media efforts, community events, or other marketing tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Consistently positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with patients and teammates.
• Ability to perform thorough intake assessments and gather essential patient information accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to patient service and creating a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to daily tasks and problem-solving.

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
