Dishwasher

Overview:
Trail87, a modern American restaurant located in the beautiful West Dover area, is seeking a reliable and hard-working Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. This position is essential for keeping our kitchen operations running smoothly and ensuring our kitchen and dining areas remain clean, organized, and inviting for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing station and kitchen areas
• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans following health and safety standards
• Assist with kitchen prep work as needed (chopping, peeling, etc.)
• Remove trash, compost, and recycling; clean and maintain trash bins
• Sweep and mop floors to keep a safe and tidy kitchen environment
• Restock clean dishes and utensils for kitchen and service team
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient operations

Qualifications:

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Comfortable working with kitchen equipment and basic cleaning supplies
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
