Position Summary:

· The Regional Practice Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing operations across three practice locations. This individual will manage Office Managers and Care Navigator teams to ensure smooth clinical and non-clinical operations. The Regional Practice Manager is committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences and optimizing practice performance in alignment with Ascend Medical's mission to elevate mind, body, and soul.

· The Regional Practice Manager role will be primarily housed in our Old 4th Ward clinic at 619 Rankin St. This location is set up to be our flagship practice – you will be joining at a critical time where we are expanding, adding service lines and innovating to delight our patients. As such, there will be a strong element of innovation and problem solving as we design the clinic of the future.

Manage Multi-Practices:
Seamlessly oversee daily operations across multiple practices, driving positive patient experiences, high team satisfaction, and efficient service delivery.

Lead and Develop Teams:
Effectively manage and mentor Office Managers and Care Navigator teams, fostering a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and high performance.

Drive Practice Excellence:
Conduct monthly operational reviews and present findings to senior leadership, using defined metrics and goals to guide performance and strategic planning on an annual basis.

Collaborate with Senior Leadership:
Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute practice innovations and strategic initiatives, while offering operational insights and support on key projects.

Implement Operational Standards:
Establish and uphold consistent policies and procedures to maintain effective and compliant operations across all locations.

Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues:
Proactively address operational challenges—from equipment concerns to patient feedback—to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality care.

Optimize Scheduling Systems:
Oversee patient scheduling and dashboard management to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness.

Manage Provider Schedules:
Strategically manage provider schedules to maximize productivity, ensure balanced workloads, and support optimal patient access.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain a culture of safety and compliance by staying ahead of healthcare regulations and ensuring all practices exceed required standards.
