Production Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee operations within our remodeling company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Home Remodeling, customer service, obtaining accurate measurements for Bathrooms and Kitchens, Must be great at multitasking. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production workflows, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of production associates. GREAT ATTITUDE IS A MUST

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet operational goals and deadlines
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Monitor the install processes, ensuring quality control measures are implemented effectively
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules and resource allocation
• Troubleshoot material issues with equipment and coordinate repairs as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely while overseeing assembly operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or factory environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations
• Proficient in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred)
• Experience using hand tools and power tools in a production setting
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58, $70,379.30 per year
