At this time, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager to work at our home office in Troy, MI. This position is full-time, in-person (remote work is not available at this time).

Requirements/Preferences

  • :5+ years of experience as a Human Manage
  • rProficient in Microsoft Office/Outloo
  • kDetail-oriented, mission-driven, organized, yet flexibl
  • eAssociate's Degree required; Bachelor's or higher preferre
  • dExcellent computer skill
  • sExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill

  • e:Oversee HR Recruiter to address talent acquisition/retention needs for approximately 5-10+ open positions. Help with recruitment as necessar
