We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) live independently, make meaningful choices, and stay connected to their community.

Why Join Us:
This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to make a lasting impact. You'll lead with compassion, mentor staff, and ensure that the individuals we serve thrive in a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Support

  • Lead and coordinate daily services to ensure individuals receive safe, respectful, person-centered support aligned with personal goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of individual support plans, conducting monthly and quarterly service reviews to track progress.
  • Ensure residential activities run smoothly, including home appearance, cleanliness, staffing, and documentation.

Staff Supervision & Development

  • Supervise, coach, and schedule staff, including Home Managers and Direct Support Professionals.
  • Conduct hiring, promotions, discipline, and terminations according to company policies and state regulations.
  • Provide ongoing training and in-service development to ensure staff are well-prepared for client-specific needs.

Quality & Compliance Management

  • Monitor program activity costs and maintain alignment with the budget.
  • Conduct monthly safety checks and drills, ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and participate in inspections as required.
  • Investigate incidents related to safety, abuse, neglect, or exploitation and take appropriate action.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with clients' families, case managers, physicians, and clinical teams.
  • Maintain consistent communication with staff and support teams to coordinate services effectively.
  • Document and review staff progress notes for accuracy and compliance.

Direct Support Coverage

  • Provide coverage for staff shortages while managing program responsibilities.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of college and/or 2 years of IDD experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to IDD programs.
  • Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

What We Offer:
