Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in helping new and existing customers with their lawn care maintenance plans. Your key responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to engage with customers.
• Identifying customer needs and delivering tailored service solutions.
• Presenting a comprehensive range of services to prospective customers.
• Conducting property measurements and providing accurate pricing.
• Explaining service benefits and setting clear expectations.
• Maintaining accurate data entry for efficient record-keeping.
