Sales Associate

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Upsell additional products and services to increase revenue
- Stay knowledgeable about the latest technology trends and products
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone

Experience:

-Must be 18 years of age to apply
- Previous experience in sales is preferred
- Cash handling experience is required
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred
- Technical sales experience is beneficial

As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the right products and services. You will be responsible for conducting sales transactions, upselling additional products, and staying knowledgeable about the latest technology trends. Previous experience in sales, cash handling, and technical sales will be beneficial in this role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively assisting customers and providing excellent service. Nights, weekends and holidays will be required.
