Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) / Alcoholic Beverages

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders across commercial, supply chain, and analytics functions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into actionable analytics initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular governance meetings, status updates, and issue resolution sessions.

Domain Expertise – CPG / Alcoholic Beverages

  • Deep understanding of the CPG industry, especially in the alcoholic beverages segment including route-to-market, pricing, promotions, and trade marketing.
  • Ability to interpret business challenges and opportunities in commercial functions such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Commercial Function Understanding

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize trade spend.
  • Support initiatives around revenue growth management (RGM), pricing strategy, and market segmentation.

Technical Skills

  • Power BI: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports; enable self-service BI for business users.
  • Azure Databricks: Hands-on experience in data engineering and analytics workflows; collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build scalable solutions.
  • Work with large datasets, perform data wrangling, and ensure data quality and governance.

Business Analysis & Agile Delivery

  • Lead business analysis efforts across multiple workstreams, ensuring clear documentation of requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work in Agile teams using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking delivery.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to elicit and validate requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
  • Strong domain knowledge in CPG and/or Alcoholic Beverages.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and Azure Databricks.
  • Experience in leading business analysis efforts in Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with commercial analytics, trade promotion optimization, and sales performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
