We're seeking a dependable Machine Operator with maintenance skills to join the team at our Jessup, MD pipe plant. In this role, you'll keep our ROCO machine running efficiently by operating it, performing repairs, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. This is an early shift position, starting at 3:00 AM, so punctuality and reliability are essential.

What You'll Do:

• Operate the ROCO machine safely and efficiently according to production schedules

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-the-spot repairs

• Monitor machine performance and address mechanical issues promptly

• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and adjustments for different product specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols

What You Bring:

• Experience operating ROCO or similar concrete production machinery

• Hands-on mechanical/maintenance experience, with ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs independently

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety

• High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Schedule & Environment:

• Monday to Friday, 40+ hours per week, with overtime or weekends as needed during peak periods

• Production setting with exposure to weather/air conditions, loud noise, dangerous equipment, and variable lighting

• PPE required in all production areas

• Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, climbing, reaching, and bending/stooping

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
