Position Overview:

You will serve as a highly visible leader, steering one of Fortive's largest operating companies through a pivotal phase of digital and operational transformation. As the organization advances toward greater digital enablement, customer-centricity, and data-driven decision-making, you will architect and execute mission-critical initiatives that shape the future of our commercial business. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on program management, providing comprehensive oversight from concept through implementation and sustained adoption.

With a focus on key commercial platforms—including CRM, ERP, BI, and other enablement technologies—you will translate strategy into actionable plans, driving real-world user adoption and maximizing the return on Fluke's technology investments. You will orchestrate cross-functional programs, establish robust governance, align diverse stakeholders, and ensure disciplined execution across the enterprise. In close partnership with senior leadership, you will define transformational roadmaps, implement operational frameworks, and lead organizational readiness to deliver scalable digital capabilities, streamlined processes, enhanced operational effectiveness, measurable business results, and superior customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Define and communicate clear program scope, objectives, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans spanning Commercial Operations, Sales, IT, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Champion disciplined execution leveraging Fortive Business System (FBS) tools, structured problem-solving, and visual management methodologies.

Program Leadership & Governance

  • Provide visionary leadership for the end-to-end delivery of complex commercial systems and transformation programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy and business priorities.
  • Establish and oversee robust program frameworks, governance structures, and executive communication plans to drive transparency, accountability, and results.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and business leaders to synchronize delivery, ensuring readiness and adoption are tightly managed across all functions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the central executive liaison for commercial systems transformation, aligning priorities and resources across business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Facilitate decision-making and proactively resolve cross-functional dependencies that impact program timelines, quality, or adoption.
