Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales & Marketing, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support duties
• Monthly expense reports for Sales Managers
• Customer proposals and contracts
• Site Alerts for customer visits
• Data entry into sales system platform Opera Cloud
• Working in a team environment
• Support Group Sales Managers
• Coordinate and oversee Opera Sales and Catering system to all include definite, tentative and prospective group and catering booking activity.
