Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Machine Operators and Packers to join our growing paper products manufacturing team. Our company is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for self-motivated individuals who want to grow with us. No experience required — we provide full training.

Machine Operators are responsible for running paper converting equipment, performing roll changes, monitoring quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient production line. Packers handle inspection, packaging, and palletizing of finished paper products.

This a fast paced work environment.

We offer day, afternoon and nights willing to work up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

Machine Operators

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust paper converting machines (tissue, towel, multifold, etc.).
  • Perform parent roll changes safely and efficiently, including loading rolls and threading paper through machine..
  • Conduct routine quality checks and ensure products meet specifications.
  • Troubleshoot minor production issues and equipment setups.
  • Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety procedures.
  • Communicate production or equipment concerns to supervisors.

Packers

  • Inspect and package finished paper products on the production line.
  • Palletize, wrap, and label products according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Support machine operators as needed to keep production running smoothly.

General Expectations

  • Work safely and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team.
  • Be reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude preferred (not required).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to learn machine operation, roll handling, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts, day or night.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
