Duties

• Safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and other heavy equipment to load and unload shipments.
• Conduct order picking using RF scanners and pick systems to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Manage shipping and receiving tasks by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks while adhering to OSHA safety standards to prevent injuries.
• Assist with materials handling activities such as stacking, organizing, and storing inventory in designated warehouse areas.
• Support warehouse management system updates to track inventory movements accurately.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to coordinate the movement of goods and optimize space utilization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related fields.
• Valid forklift certification with demonstrated proficiency in heavy equipment operation.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners for order picking and inventory control.
• Mechanical knowledge related to crane operation, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations applicable to warehouse environments.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily operations.
• Prior experience with warehouse supervisor roles or construction environments is a plus but not required.
