- Collaborates with HR recruiters and Director of Growth and Affiliation to manage the interview process including pre and post interview support and feedback collection and analysis.
- Accountable for the physician communication process from contract signing until start date to meet the 90 day goal for start date after contract signature. Keeps candidates focused on meeting onboarding process deadlines.
- Responsible for ensuring that Medical Staff and payer credentialing applications are completed within 30 days of offer letter. Ensure that malpractice loss history runs are obtained within 30 days of signed offer letter, including all follow up with former employers on behalf of candidate.
- Provides physician candidates with information on schools, housing, and realtors in communities near the WCMG practice of their primary assignment and assist physician and spouse with acclimation to their new community.
- Develop a uniform onboarding process for all physician candidates at all campus locations and collaborate with HR to develop a uniform orientation for all new physicians.
- Provides project management support related to onboarding medical groups. Creates and maintains onboarding project status dashboard, management reports and presentations.
- Accountable for the results of key performance metrics to track the success of the provider recruitment, onboarding and retention processes, and develops and maintains a weekly dashboard.
- Acts as liaison to WCMG Administration and legal counsel. Coordinates with Immigration Legal Counsel on matters such as H-1B Visa petitions & extensions. Works with legal counsel to resolve contract language for various agreements.
- Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Three years experience required. Project management, process improvement techniques (Six Sigma, Lean) preferred.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word. Interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be self-motivated, resourceful and have great attention to detail.
- Ability to influence others without direct authority to accomplish goals.
