Server Assistant and Busser

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to support our restaurant team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food service industry and eager to contribute to a welcoming dining experience. The Server Assistant will work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, maintain cleanliness, and deliver excellent customer service. Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn and grow within the food industry. Responsibilities

• Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables promptly to ensure efficient service flow
• Support the kitchen staff with food handling and basic preparation tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Help with food delivery from the kitchen to guests' tables while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
• Restock service stations with necessary supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments
• Provide excellent customer service by attending to guest needs courteously and professionally
• Support catering events or special functions by setting up and cleaning up as required
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with health regulations

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality industries is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures, bussing tables, and basic food handling is advantageous
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and guest interactions
• Experience in hotel or food industry roles can provide a solid foundation for success in this position
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to fast-paced environments is highly valued

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
