Who We Are

At Harlan Electric, A Phalcon Company, we don't just install electrical systems, we power the places where life happens. Our work spans healthcare facilities, higher education campuses, and commercial tenant build-outs, delivering reliable electrical infrastructure for projects that matter.

As part of the Phalcon family of companies, we operate with uncompromising standards for Quality, Safety, and Productivity (QSP) and a culture built on accountability, respect, and long-term growth. • Coordinate material procurement, subcontractors, and field operations
  • Partner closely with foremen and electricians to support productivity, quality, and safety in the field
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Plan and coordinate work in live or occupied environments, including phasing, shutdowns, and owner-specific standards common to healthcare and institutional projects

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial or institutional electrical construction projects
