Duties
- Contribute to data entry responsibilities, Data scrapping, Assisting Office Manager an any and all tasks given.
- Operate phone system, handle outgoing calls with courteous phone etiquette, and direct inquiries efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks using Google Workspace and emails.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly stored
- Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and event coordination
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
- Handle bookkeeping duties including basic bookkeeping and invoice processing as needed
Experience
- Prior office experience in administrative or clerical roles is essential
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable
- Bilingual abilities are a strong plus to assist diverse client needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with excellent organizational skills
- Strong typing skills along with meticulous proofreading capabilities
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and customer service best practices
- Personal assistant experience or office management background will be considered a plus
