- 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday 3:00 am - 1:30am

As a new Team member, you will be trained to:
- Operate a variety of size reducing equipment such as Granulators, Shedders and Mixers
- Assisting in Water System Maintenance
- Sorting Various Materials & Quality Inspections on Intake Feeds
- Utilizing a hand truck, conveying equipment, and/or other handling equipment to move materials and finished product
- Assisting in daily housecleaning activities to ensure your work environment is clean, orderly, and free of slip/trip hazards
- Work in other departments if needed.
- Utilize a hand truck, forklifts, conveying equipment, and/or other handling equipment to move materials and finished product.
- Communicate throughout all levels of the Company.
- Read and understand policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Assist in daily housecleaning activities to ensure your work environment is clean, orderly, and free of slip/trip hazards.
- Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following necessary safety procedures.
As a new Team member, you will be:
- Focused on teamwork
- Flexible and willing to cross train
- Capable of standing for extended periods of time.
- Capable of passing a background check and drug test.
- Able to lift 20+ pounds.

- Experience operating manufacturing equipment such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, press brake machines, and welding tools.
- Strong blueprint reading skills along with knowledge of GD&T principles for precision manufacturing.
- Mechanical knowledge of factory equipment including hand tools, tooling setups, and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers accurately.
- Familiarity with materials handling procedures within a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment.
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and practices to ensure product consistency.
- Prior factory or manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific equipment or processes as needed. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where technical expertise is valued. Candidates should demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to work effectively within a team dedicated to producing high-quality products efficiently.
