Solar Installer

We're looking for an experienced Solar Installer Crew Lead to run residential solar installations from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, jobsite safety, and mentoring installers.

What You'll Do:

• Lead residential solar installations and manage daily jobsite activities
• Install racking, panels, and some electrical components to code
• Read and execute plans, layouts, and system designs
• Ensure safety compliance, quality control, and clean job sites
• Train and support entry-level installers
• Communicate progress and issues with project management with the office

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of residential solar installation experience
• Strong understanding of roof work, racking systems, and code requirements
• Comfortable working at heights and lifting 50+ lbs
• Valid driver's license; clean driving record preferred

Preferred (Not Required):

• NABCEP certification
• Electrical experience or battery/EV charger installs
