I'm representing a well-established
structural concrete contractor
in Atlanta that's looking to bring on a
Concrete Estimator
to support their growing pipeline of commercial and industrial projects.

Role Overview:

You'll be responsible for full-cycle estimating on structural concrete scopes, supporting projects ranging from mid-size commercial builds to large, complex concrete packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings, specs, and project documentation

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs (foundations, slabs, columns, walls, tilt-up, rebar, formwork)

• Build accurate labor, material, and equipment estimates

• Develop competitive bids and support preconstruction strategy

• Coordinate with vendors/subs for pricing

• Partner with project management and field teams during handoff

What They're Looking For:

• 3+ years of concrete estimating experience (structural, commercial, or heavy civil)

• Strong blueprint reading & takeoff skills

• Knowledge of forming systems, rebar, mix designs, and concrete construction methods

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Strong communication and analytical skills
