Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multifamily Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 135-unit upscale apartment community. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional resident experiences. This position is responsible for leasing, maintenance requests, vendor relations, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations of the apartment community, ensuring efficient and effective management.
• Leasing and marketing to maintain high occupancy and minimal vacancy.
• On-site staff.
• Prepare and manage delinquency reports, lease renewals, and daily resident communications.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high-quality upkeep and curb appeal.
• Oversee maintenance requests, vendor performance, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Foster a strong community environment through exceptional customer service and resident engagement.
• Handle escalated resident concerns with professionalism and timely resolution.
• Prepare and submit required reports to upper management accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local housing laws and regulations.
• Yardi Property Management software experience.
• Computer proficient.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36, $45,000.00 per year
