Craft Cocktail Bartender/ server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience at our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring timely service and presentation of beverages.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and patrons.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or food service within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, brewing techniques, and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• A team player who is willing to help colleagues during busy shifts or special events.
• Familiarity with catering services is a plus but not required.
• Create memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service.
