À propos
Want to validate products that sit at the center of the EV revolution and energy transition.
About the Position:
Join a team dedicated to ensuring the reliability and performance of next-generation battery diagnostic systems. This role is designed for engineers with strong electromechanical intuition who enjoy building test environments, digging into real hardware issues, and ensuring products work flawlessly in the field.
You will lead validation across battery testers and diagnostics for both traditional 12V automotive systems and high-voltage EV platforms. This is a deeply hands-on engineering position with meaningful impact on product quality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive validation test plans for electromechanical systems that include embedded electronics, sensors, relays, and power electronics.
- Build and instrument complex hardware test setups involving DC power systems, mechanical interfaces, cabling, enclosures, loads, and thermal management.
- Use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DAQ systems, power supplies, thermal chambers, and custom fixtures to run validation protocols.
- Analyze electrical signals and mechanical performance to troubleshoot issues and drive root-cause resolution in cross-functional teams.
- Manage validation timelines to support hardware development milestones and release cycles.
- Coordinate with external labs for regulatory, environmental, vibration, thermal, and EMC testing.
- Own product compliance, qualification activities, and certification work needed for design release.
- Author validation plans, test protocols, reports, and supporting engineering documentation.
Qualifications:
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience validating electromechanical hardware systems.
- Proven ability diagnosing mixed-signal, power, and electromechanical issues in lab environments.
- Experience using LabVIEW or similar tools for test automation.
Why This Role Stands Out
You will directly shape the reliability of products used globally across automotive service, OEM, and EV applications. The work is hands-on, cross-functional, and central to ensuring world-class product performance.
