Security Guard Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to oversee security operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, ensuring the safety of personnel and property, and maintaining a secure environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for surveillance, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies. Prior experience in security management is mandatory. The Security Guard Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with safety protocols and contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel to ensure effective coverage and response.
• Implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard clients.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises using CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to monitor for suspicious activity.
• Manage incident reports, investigate security breaches, and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.
• Ensure all security personnel adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
• Respond promptly to alarms or emergencies, providing leadership during crisis situations.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and inspections for reporting purposes.

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities with experience supervising security staff.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and other monitoring equipment.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 48.0 per week
