Role Description

This is a full-time Remote role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina, United States. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), train caregivers, and track client progress. The role includes collaborating with team members to ensure the highest standards of care and making data-driven decisions to achieve client goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Experience in supervising and training staff such as RBTs
  • Strong skills in analyzing data to inform treatment decisions and report outcomes
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work with caregivers and team members
  • Current BCBA certification and eligibility to practice in North Carolina
  • Familiarity with evidence-based ABA techniques and strategies, as well as an innovative approach to problem-solving
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children with autism and their families is highly preferred
