Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Insulation Installer with a background in insulation and/or construction. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing insulation installations in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality results that improve energy efficiency and comfort for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Install various types of insulation (batt, blown-in, spray foam, etc.) in attics, walls, and crawl spaces
• Safely operate insulation equipment and tools
• Prepare and clean job sites before and after installation
• Follow all safety standards and OSHA guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in proper working order

Qualifications

• 1+ years of insulation and/or construction experience required
• Knowledge of insulation materials, installation methods, and safety practices
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors, confined spaces)
• Comfortable working on ladders and in tight areas
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
