Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and experience working in fast-paced restaurant environments. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage POS transactions with cash handling expertise
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met in accordance with health regulations
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and resetting tables for new guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food preparation techniques to answer guest inquiries effectively
• Provide guest relations by addressing concerns professionally and ensuring a memorable dining experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred; fine dinnightclub experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and processing payments accurately
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required
• Experience in upselling, sales techniques, or hospitality roles such as host/host or bartender is advantageous
