Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory handling, order fulfillment, and shipping. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with up to one year of experience who are eager to learn, contribute to a fast-paced environment, and grow within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
• Apply shipping labels and assist with basic documentation
• Stage outgoing shipments and ensure materials are organized for delivery

Inventory & Receiving

• Assist with unloading and verifying incoming inventory
• Match items to packing lists and report discrepancies to the Floor Lead
• Help maintain accurate inventory locations and counts

Warehouse Operations

• Follow safety procedures when handling materials and equipment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Support setup and breakdown for special projects or events
• Forklift responsibilities

Operational Oversight

• Promotes safe handling of materials and equipment
• Reports concerns related to attendance, productivity, or safety to management
• Performs other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

Team Support

• Take direction from Warehouse Leads and Manager
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Up to 1 year of experience in warehouse, retail, or general labor preferred
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and processes
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Forklift certified

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying conditions

Pay: $ $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
