As a CNC Router Operator, you will contribute to daily workflow of all non-metal production operations, ensuring all jobs are completed to company standards and timelines. This is a hands-on role that requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong mechanical mindset.

What You'll Do
Learn and perform a range of tasks depending on departmental needs, including:
Operating or supporting the CNC Router, Waterjet, and CO2 lasers
Interpret work instructions and use hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met
- Move materials and job orders throughout the facility
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production goals
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to be cross-trained across multiple processes
- Prior experience operating CNC Routers, Waterjets, or CO2 lasers
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- High attention to detail and quality
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for 10–12 hour shifts
- Previous CAD/CNC experience is a plus
- Previous wood/metal shop experience is a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus
