CNC Router Operator

Description
As a CNC Router Operator, you will contribute to daily workflow of all non-metal production operations, ensuring all jobs are completed to company standards and timelines. This is a hands-on role that requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong mechanical mindset.

What You'll Do

• Learn and perform a range of tasks depending on departmental needs, including:

• Operating or supporting the CNC Router, Waterjet, and CO2 lasers

• Interpret work instructions and use hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment

• Perform quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met
• Move materials and job orders throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to be cross-trained across multiple processes
• Prior experience operating CNC Routers, Waterjets, or CO2 lasers
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• High attention to detail and quality
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for 10–12 hour shifts
• Previous CAD/CNC experience is a plus
• Previous wood/metal shop experience is a plus
• Forklift experience is a plus
